Katie Lowder is an artist based in Shreveport, Louisiana, originally from St. Francisville. A self-taught painter with a background in high school art, she has been creating for more than 18 years.

As a mother of three, Katie embraces the limited time she has to paint, releasing only two collections a year—allowing for a more intentional and thoughtful creative process. She works with a variety of mediums, including acrylic, oil, and watercolor, and is most drawn to landscapes, florals, and abstract art. Her work often incorporates hidden details that hold personal or client-specific meaning, adding layers of depth and storytelling to each piece.
