STUDENT ARTIST

Hudson Draker has been drawing for as long as he can remember. As a child, any scrap of paper—be it class notes or assignment instructions—quickly transformed into elaborate sketches filled with monsters, mineshafts, and mysterious facilities. His early work was marked by intricate details and imaginative worlds that blurred the line between reality and creativity, often leaving teachers either frustrated or fascinated by the sheer volume of his doodles.

Influenced by dark, gritty video game settings and the chaotic complexity of steampunk worlds, Hudson is drawn to environments full of gears, pipes, and architectural wonder. While he enjoys color, his preferred medium remains pencil—believing in the expressive power of lead on paper to capture the depth and texture of his ideas.

Hudson’s style is an evolving mix of everything that inspires him: games, shows, music, and art. Rather than citing a single influence, he embraces the idea that his work is shaped by a collage of everything he finds intriguing, and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
