Donna Chance Hall grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, but her career in the film industry led her to Shreveport in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. She has called Shreveport home since 2007, where she met her husband, Winston Hall, a local musician and music historian.

With 28 years of experience in the film industry, Donna transitioned into photography after retiring in 2016, turning her longtime hobby into a full-time career. Passionate about capturing the beauty of the world around her, she focuses on preserving the moments that make life meaningful. Through her lens, she seeks to highlight the essence of people, places, and experiences that tell a story beyond the frame.
